We’re hiring dependable and hardworking **Construction General Laborers** to assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds and improves communities.

Pay: $13.00 an hour

Responsibilities:

+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

+ Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons

+ Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards

+ Use hand tools and power tools as directed

+ Operate basic machinery or construction equipment (if trained/certified)

+ Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers

+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment

+ Perform other general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

+ Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions

+ Safety-minded with a positive attitude
