    At Acelero Learning Delaware, we’re transforming early childhood education—and we’re looking for a caring, reliable, and passionate Teacher Aide to support our mission. As a Teacher Aide, you’ll play a vital role in assisting teachers and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a Teacher Aide, you will:

    + Support teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children.

    + Assist with daily routines including meals, health checks, playtime, and smooth transitions throughout the day.

    + Engage with children in hands-on activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

    + Help maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom setting.

    + Partner with teachers and families to ensure every child’s needs are supported.

     

    Who You Are

    We’re looking for someone who is:

    + Passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth.

    + Collaborative and dependable, with a positive and flexible attitude.

    + Able to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

    + Reflective and eager to learn new strategies in early childhood education.

    + Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

    Minimum Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required; CDA or college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.

    + Experience working with young children in a classroom, childcare, or similar setting.

    + Must pass a physical exam and background check.

    + Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with children throughout the day.
