    Job Responsibilities:

    + Support leadership and daily production activities of assigned plant's production operations.

    + Assist the assigned plant’s management team with setting goals and direction for facility.

    + Support leadership by ensuring that production schedules, quality and housekeeping standards, maintenance objectives, and cost targets are achieved.

    + Lead improvement projects throughout the assigned plant.

    Job Qualifications:

    + Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

    + Must have reliable means of transportation.

    + Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications

    + Good analytical and communication skills required.
