    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    $4,500 Stipend per semester (8-10 hours per week)

     

    BT BOCES is looking for a NYS-certified Health teacher to teach virtually for our Virtual Learning Academy. The VLA is an innovative virtual academy with students coming together from many of our regional school districts. Instruction will include designing and implementing asynchronous work through a digital program (Google Classroom and/or Edgenuity) as well as planning and teaching synchronous lessons once a week. Applicant should be available between 3:00-4:00 for synchronous lessons and office hours to assist students as needed.

     

    The current opening is for health, starting in the fall semester and continuing into the spring semester.

    Job Qualifications

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Appropriate NYS Health Certification required
