Description We are looking for a talented Communications and PR Manager to lead internal communication strategies and public relations efforts for our organization in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is ideal for an experienced and detail-oriented individual who excels at crafting impactful messaging, building strong relationships, and driving brand visibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a strong company culture.
• Create clear and effective messaging for organizational updates, initiatives, and change management processes.
• Build trust and engagement with franchisees through transparent and consistent communication channels such as newsletters, town halls, and podcasts.
• Manage public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility, including media outreach, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization, handling crisis communications and maintaining positive media relationships.
• Collaborate with PR agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and high-quality execution.
• Write and edit content for internal and external audiences, simplifying complex topics and ensuring clarity.
• Support events and conferences with tailored scripts, messaging, and emceeing services.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness through metrics, refining strategies to improve impact.
• Explore innovative tools and practices to enhance communication channels and align with global standards. Requirements
• Demonstrated success in both internal and external communication strategies, including reputation management.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with expertise in executive communications.
• Strong media and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with tools and practices such as newsletters, podcasts, and public relations campaigns.
