    Description

    We are seeking a Data Analyst II to join a Business Intelligence & Analytics team in the nonprofit sector. This role will focus on building reporting frameworks and dashboards, managing data strategy, and delivering analytics that support organizational decision-making. The analyst will work across teams to translate business needs into data solutions, provide actionable insights, and support automation and process improvements. This role will be on site in Atlanta, Georgia.

    + Strong SQL skills with experience in relational/dimensional data models

    + Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred)

    + Experience with data manipulation, transformation, and large datasets

    + Hands-on experience with Python and/or other analytics tools

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines

    + Preferred: Google Analytics, GIS, CRM/campaign management tools, advanced Excel/PowerPoint
