    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment with precision.

    + Assist with rigging, hoisting, and spotting to move equipment safely.

    + Prepare and level ground for construction and transport.

    + Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs.

    + Support concrete and foundation work using mixers, compressors, and power tools.

    + Handle general labor tasks like trenching, site cleanup, and organizing materials.

    + Follow OSHA safety standards and contribute to a safety-first environment.

    What You Bring to the Table

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment.

    + Solid experience in concrete labor and general construction.

    + Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

    + Willingness to travel frequently and work occasional night shifts.

    + Bonus: Experience with forklifts and skidsteers.

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
