    Job Description

    We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets, ensuring quality monitoring, and stacking orders based on daily requirements. Comfort with lifting up to 25 lbs repetitively and performing inventory counts is essential. Candidates must be prepared to stand for 10+ hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

    + Monitor the quality of products.

    + Stack orders according to daily requirements.

    + Perform inventory counting with high attention to detail.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse operations, production, or general labor.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, palletizing, and using RF scanners.

    + Comfortable with repetitive lifting of up to 25 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-climate controlled environment that is not excessively hot. Adherence to GMP guidelines is required, with no steel toes needed. Hairnets and/or beard coverings are mandatory for entry into warehouse and manufacturing areas. Jewelry is restricted to medical alerts and plain wedding bands. No false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, or after-shave are allowed in the production facility. Shifts available are: 1st: 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday), with occasional 10-hour days from 5 AM - 3:30 PM, and 2nd: 3:30 PM - 12 AM (Monday - Friday), with occasional 10-hour days from 3:30 PM - 2 AM.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
