Job Title: Production Manager
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Manager, where you will work closely with our current production manager and project managers. We are seeking an individual with strong skills in scheduling and people management to assist with scheduling, quality control, organizing shipments, and following up on checklists. A background in woodwork or construction is essential to understand our building methods.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with scheduling and production planning.
+ Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
+ Organize shipments and manage logistics.
+ Follow up on checklists to ensure all tasks are completed.
+ Collaborate closely with project managers and the current production manager.
Essential Skills
+ Schedule management expertise.
+ Production management experience.
+ Quality control knowledge.
+ 5+ years of production experience
+ Experience in production scheduling and planning.
+ Safety and assembly knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in cabinet building.
+ Quality experience in production environments.

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift from Monday onwards in a non-climate controlled building.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
