    Machine Operator - Process Technician - Kearny Mesa - 1st Shift/2nd shift

    Position: Machine Operator / Process Technician

    **Location:** Kearny Mesa -San Diego, CA 92123

    + **1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm- $18.00/hour**

    + **2nd shift - 3:15pm to 11:45pm $18.75/hour**

    + **Long-term, Contract-to-hire**

     

    All shifts are Monday – Friday (1-2 Saturdays a month)

     

    _OT can be either before or after the shift_

    Job Description:

    + Will perform set-up and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prep for processing

    + Must be able to operate and set-up basic process or production equipment

    + Troubleshooting experience

    + Working with small parts

    + Will use microscope about 20-40% of the day

    + Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, able to follow instructions and fast-paced environment

    Work Environment:

    + Looks like a lab/hospital inside/cleanroom – room temperature

    + Wearing cleanroom garments for the entire shift that covers body, hair, shoes and a mask.

    + Monday – Friday – flexible to start 2 hours before each shift and working 1-2 Saturdays a month

    Compliance:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Reliable transportation

    6-month contract to hire – great benefits if you convert to a permanent position,

    10 paid holidays/year as an Aerotek employee

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
