Service Mechanic? Join our team servicing conveyor systems and industrial

equipment at major packaging facilities like FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and more.

Based out of St. Cloud, MN, you’ll traverse the landscapes of Northern

Minnesota, North Dakota, and Northern South Dakota, ensuring the smooth

operation of crucial infrastructure.

Position Details

+ Location: St. Cloud, MN (servicing the wider

+ Northern MN, ND, and Northern SD regions)

+ Pay: $28.00 – $35.00/hour (Hourly, with overtime

+ paid after 8 hours/day)

+ Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00am –

+ 4:30pm (never weekends; start/end times may shift slightly based on travel)

+ Travel: 6 weeks per quarter are overnight travel

+ (hotel and food covered by per diem), 7 weeks are home nightly servicing

+ facilities closer to St. Cloud (e.g., Brainerd, Alexandria, Moorhead)

+ Per Diem: $178 – $240/day (covers all lodging

+ and meals when traveling)

+ Company Vehicle: Provided, with travel alongside

+ another team member

Key Responsibilities

+ Travel to customer facilities (including FedEx,

+ UPS, Amazon, and others) for field service and maintenances

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on

+ industrial conveyor systems, HVAC equipment, and other machinery

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical,

+ hydraulic, and electrical issues

+ Repair and replace defective components,

+ fabricate custom parts as needed, and test/align equipment to precise

+ tolerances

+ Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach

+ motors, connect couplings and belts

+ Use rigging equipment and dollies to move heavy

+ machinery and parts safely

+ Assist with welding and fabrication (if capable)

+ Work with electrical sensors and system controls

+ Complete all work according to facility

+ specifications and safety standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications

+ Industrial maintenance experience required

+ (conveyor experience preferred)

+ Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical,

+ hydraulic, and electrical systems

+ Welding and fabrication capability is a plus

+ Must be adaptable and creative in custom

+ fabrication/solution-building

+ Ability to be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies

+ Entry level candidates are welcome with the

+ right technical background
