    Job Title: Assembler - 1st Shift

    Job Description

    The assembler is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing processes to convert raw materials into finished products, including soldering. This role requires verifying kitted raw materials to ensure quantity and proper specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform soldering and assembly tasks.

    + Verify kitted raw materials for quantity and proper specifications.

    + Work on general production and soldering assembly.

    + Use hand tools for electrical assembly and inspection.

    + Measure and inspect using tape measure and other tools.

    + Read and understand all written work instructions.

    + Follow directions from Lead Operator or Supervisor.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to speak and read English.

    + Ready to learn attitude.

    + Show up on time.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capability to learn processes such as punching, potting, trimming, inspection, testing, measuring, wire stripping, cutting, laminating, bonding, baking, crimping.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
