    Job Title: Sales Engineer - Hydraulics

     

    Type: Direct Hire

     

    We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales Engineer to support and grow business in the manufacturing sector. If you have a strong background in hydraulics and enjoy working directly with customers, this could be a great fit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and expand relationships with distributors and direct accounts.

    + Provide technical support and product expertise.

    + Identify new market opportunities and support strategic sales planning.

    + Conduct product training, attend trade shows, and deliver regular performance reports.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

    + Proven experience with hydraulic systems is required.

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    + Sales experience in manufacturing or fluid power is a plus.

    + Willingness to travel nationally (up to 50%) and occasionally internationally.

    + Comfortable lifting and setting up equipment (40–60 lbs.) for demos and events.
