Job Details Per Diem Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized programs for cardiac and pulmonary patients in the outpatient Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department. Daily responsibilities include establishing treatment goals through collaborative planning with care team, implementing treatment interventions, monitoring patient tolerance to exercise including ECG interpretation. Additionally, Cardiopulmonary rehab therapist will be responsible for educating patients on disease processes, risk reduction strategies and coping mechanisms. Requirements: Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from a Respiratory Therapy education program accredited by CoARC Basic Life Support Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification New York State Respiratory Therapy Technician or Respiratory Therapist License Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Cardiac and Pulmonary rehab program Salary Range USD $61.22 - USD $66.78 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
