What You’ll Do

As a **Transportation Supervisor** , you’ll be the go-to leader supporting our drivers, ensuring compliance, and optimizing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Overseeing and monitoring **ELD performance** and resolving issues with the ELD Coordinator.

+ Ensuring **DOT compliance** and accurate driver logs.

+ Supporting drivers with on-the-road and off-the-road needs.

+ Reviewing backhaul assignments and adjusting routes for efficiency.

+ Coordinating driver schedules, time-off requests, and documentation.

+ Partnering with Logistics to design cost-effective, safe routes.

+ Monitoring driver performance, providing coaching, and recognizing achievements.

+ Leading and supporting Dispatchers, addressing team issues, and maintaining alignment with company policies.

+ Contributing to special projects and process improvements as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

+ High School diploma or GED.

+ 2+ years of experience in transportation, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and routing/scheduling software.

+ Knowledge of driver safety standards and **DOT compliance** .

Preferred:

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

+ Experience in food industry transportation or warehousing.

+ CDL-A License.
