Essential Functions

+ Responding to issues inCOSAM academic classrooms to diagnose and resolve issues quickly,

+ Maintaining IT equipment inCOSAM academic classrooms,

+ Monitoring theCOSAM ticket system and assisting users with various software and hardware issues,

+ Assisting with software installation and upgrades,

+ Assisting with special projects,

+ Keeping the work area clean and organized,

+ Assisting with surplus process of obsolete hardware,

+ Performing other duties under the direction of the IT staff, and

+ Setting working hours around your class schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Currently enrolled student at Auburn University

+ Basic knowledge of IT issues and computer software

+ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

+ Candidate must be a United States citizen due toITAR requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Rate

$12.00-$15.00/hour
