What you’ll do
+ Support Demand Planning Activities: Assist in forecasting and demand analysis by gathering data, updating reports, and contributing to demand review meetings.
+ Participate in Process Improvement Projects: Collaborate on initiatives aimed at optimizing planning systems, workflows, or data accuracy to improve supply chain efficiency
+ Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data using tools like Excel or Power BI to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
+ Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain plans with business objectives
+ Assist in Scenario Planning and Decision Support: Support the planning team in preparing materials and insights that help guide inventory, service level, or allocation decisions.
What makes you a good fit
+ A master’s / graduate or MBA student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Analytics
+ Analytical Thinking & Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and present findings clearly; proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
+ Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Detail-Oriented & Organized: Skilled at managing multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
+ Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process or tool improvements
+ Adaptability & Learning Agility: Eager to take on new challenges and learn new systems in a dynamic supply chain setting
+ Relevant Background: Coursework or academic projects in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering
+ Experience: Prior internship or part-time experience in supply chain, logistics, forecasting, or data analysis
+ Technical Familiarity: Exposure to ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9) and process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma

Additional information
+ This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
+ Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
+ Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $29-$37/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
