    Position Title: Accounts Receivable Salary: $23/ hour

     

    Reports To: Finance Manager Location: Durham, NC

     

    Work Hours: 40+ hours Full-Time

     

    The Big Task

     

    To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of customer accounts.

     

    Key Sub Tasks

     

    + Daily Batching and reconciliations of invoices

    + Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.

    + Scan checks and prepare cash deposits.

    + Reconcile daily credit card transactions.

    + Research & resolve payment discrepancies.

    + Process Refunds

    + Email invoices daily

    + Email statements monthly

    + Perform Collections & Aging analysis.

    + Field Customer & Tech calls related to receivables.

    + Process and approve credit applications.

    + Oversee all facets of customer financing.

    + 2-4 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
