    Job Summary

    As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our teams to provide an unforgettable experience to our guests in our venue retail spaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Ensure high standards of merchandising at all retail areas

    + Coach and lead team members to provide a fantastic guest experience

    + Take a hands-on approach to ensure our standards are being executed

    + Oversee retail opening duties – ensure readiness from the moment the first guest arrives

    + Oversee closing duties to ensure retail areas are secured

    + Supervise team members to ensure high standards are always maintained

    + Schedule team members through MyStaff

    + Accurate completion and maintenance of inventory to prevent shrinkage

    + Place orders for products based on detailed analysis of future demand

    + Ensure high standards of store merchandise are always maintained

    + Coach team members to continually enhance performance

    + Handle customer complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory completion

    + Oversee the rotation of merchandise for different event types to optimize revenue

    + Set daily zone chart for team members

    + Complete team pre-shifts to set the tone for events and keep team members informed

    + Complete sales floor inspection to ensure all areas are set up to a high standard and are clean and safe

    + Oversee sales floor restock to optimize product availability

    + Receive orders and check to ensure accuracy

    + Plan and manage special event setups and tear downs

    + Assist customers as needed – always set an example for team members

    + Complete team member progressive discipline as needed

    + Ensure compliance with all Payment Card Information rules always

    + Complete annual performance and mid-term reviews with team members

    + Manage location 'Keys to the Future' activities to develop future leaders

    + Complete team member orientation training

    + Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    + 2+ years experience in a retail operational position

    + Passion for retail
