    Custodial Assistant Manager – Brand New Outpatient Medical Facility! ABM | North Miami, FL

    Second Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

    **ABM is** looking for a **Custodial Assistant Manager** with 3+ years of experience of supervisory or management experience. This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values leadership, innovation, and excellence.

    Your Role:

    As the **Custodial Assistant Manager** , you’ll be responsible for the **growth, operational success, and financial performance** of your branch. You’ll lead a diverse team, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.

    + Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

    + Ensure service quality meets client expectations.

    + Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

    + Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence.

    + Manage budgets, vendors, and operational goals.

    + Support special projects and initiatives.

    + Ensure compliance with audits and safety standards.

    + Foster positive relationships with labor unions.

    + Drive financial success by managing expenses and expanding services.

    Qualifications:

    + Must be 18 years or older.

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.

    + Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.

    + Experience in janitorial services within **hotel, hospital, education, retail, or sports & entertainment** sectors.
