    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is seeking our **Director of Facilities Operations** to provide leadership at **St. Mary's Parish in Annapolis, MD.** Our successful candidate will build, and nurture exceptional client-partner relationships, be invested in the culture and campus events and have a presence on campus to show a strong commitment to the facility, staff, and students. This leader will champion the success of our facility, staff, and students, and show unwavering commitment to creating a supportive, high-performing environment that empowers every individual to thrive. This role will design and implement strategies that exceed expectations—proving to our client-partners that we are deeply invested in the long-term success of our students, faculty, and staff. This is a potential sale, and contingent offers will be made.

    What You'll Do

    + Partner with clients to unlock operational efficiencies and drive strategic business growth

    + Lead high-impact initiatives in Facilities Engineering to deliver measurable performance improvements

    + Mentor and develop team members while managing business operations and cultivating strong client relationships

    + Champion sustainability through innovative sourcing strategies and resource-reduction programs that minimize environmental impact
