Are you a skilled Dynamics 365 F&O expert with a passion for driving process improvements and solving business challenges? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Business Systems Analyst** with **5+ years of Dynamics 365 experience** —with a strong focus in **supply chain, manufacturing, production, operations, and transportation modules** —to join our team in Lewisville, TX. This hybrid role allows you to make a direct impact by supporting business-critical systems while collaborating with a talented and driven team.

What You’ll Do:

+ Investigate and resolve tickets across multiple D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Transportation Management).

+ Develop functional design documents and coordinate with developers and frontline teammates during sprint enhancement work.

+ Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.

+ Assist developers in designing, testing, and deploying enhancements.

+ Create and maintain user documentation, provide help desk support, and deliver end-user training.

+ Stay up to date with D365 best practices, support mechanisms, and system capabilities.

+ Potentially travel to manufacturing plants when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

+ 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience.

+ Strong emphasis in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, Operations, and Transportation modules.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

+ Ability to work hybrid (Mon–Thurs in office, Friday remote, subject to business needs).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in Dynamics 365 F&O end-to-end processes.

+ Familiarity with DevOps.

+ Background in steel or metal-related industries.

+ Project management experience.

**Pay Details:** $63.00 to $68.00 per hour
