    Summary

    The DNS team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud experience to develop/modify transactional email/push/SMS/Letter templates, implement personalization variables (AMPScript basics), validate Data Extension mappings, and support journey/triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring. SMS/Push exposure and comfort reading simple API specs are nice‑to‑have. This role involves coordinating across teams to ensure backend templates align with business workflows, analyzing systems and data, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes.

     

    Responsibilities (5–10 bullets)

     

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement backend templates and integrations

    + Support software releases and ensure smooth transitions to production

    + Collaborate with business units to resolve issues and enhance functionality

    + Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements

    + Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system designs

    + Conduct system and data analysis using statistical and modeling techniques

    + Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

    + Experience with Salesforce (preferred), HTML, SOAP UI API
