    About the Role: CNA/CMA

     

    At Wesley on Grand in Des Moines, our **Residential Care community** offers a warm, supportive environment for just **24 residents** . Care here is more personal and relationship-focused, and because of the size and setup, **no hoyer lifts are required** .

    As a CNA/CMA, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of our residents by:

    + Assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication support.

    + Providing emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.

    + Conducting routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.

    + Facilitating resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

    + Ensuring a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.

    + Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

    + Passing medications as needed.

    Open Shifts Available:

    + 1st shift (6:00pm-2:30pm) Full-Time every other weekend

    + PRN

    Qualifications:

    + Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others

    + Strong communication and teamwork abilities

    + CNA certified required

    + CMA certified required
