OVERVIEW
Provide daily support of service training activities, including data analysis, student logistics, and customer service. Assist with CMA Coordinator duties when on PTO or temporarily unavailable to ensure CMA visitor satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an in-office role, located in Cleveland, OH.
+ Respond to internal and external customer general service training email inquiries.
+ Record specific course requests or changes to requests database.
+ Generate service training quotes.
+ Triage communications around training room availability and scheduling.
+ Triage communications around NSS instructor requests.
+ Research external customer eligibility/entitlements/obligations.
+ Research student training records (prerequisite eligibility).
+ Rack/stack training request priority.
+ Communicate with CEs/customers around class date offerings (accept/reject).
+ Receive P.O.s related to training purchases into EBS.
+ Create LMS class instances.
+ Create external customer profiles.
+ Load class rosters.
+ Communicate registration success and course collateral (course info, hotel info, transportation info).
+ Arrange hotel rooms when required.
+ Communicate/Modify existing registrations as student circumstances change.
+ Complete training records at class end (record grades, email certificates to external, update worksheet).
+ Administer and report on curriculum Surveys.
+ Respond to negative CE debrief surveys.
+ Administrate Accrual to Billings SharePoint list
+ Attend daily standup meetings.
+ Attend monthly service training planning meeting.
+ Provide backup to CMA coordinator when on PTO.

QUALIFICATIONS
+ Solid interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
+ PC skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and Lotus Notes.
+ High School or GED
+ 4 years Experience as a training coordinator or equivalent experience in related field.
+ Pay Information: Min $55,700 to $89,700 (annual equivlency) DOE
