    Senior Director, People Experience (3 direct reports)

     

    We’re looking for a **Senior Director of People Experience** to own **Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and Internal Communications** for our global workforce. You’ll design programs and experiences that help our people grow, feel connected, and stay inspired.

    What you’ll do:

    + Lead all L&D programs — onboarding, career development, leadership training.

    + Shape and evolve our culture, values, and engagement initiatives.

    + Oversee global employee communications — clear, inspiring, and consistent.

    + Partner with leaders to create a workplace where everyone can do their best work.

    + Use feedback and data to keep improving our people experience worldwide.

    What we’re looking for:

    + 8+ years in People, L&D, or Culture roles, with global leadership experience.

    + Skilled communicator and storyteller who connects with all audiences.

    + Track record of designing programs that scale and deliver results.

    + Passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
