Hotel Maintenance Engineer

As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests through the upkeep and repair of hotel systems, facilities, and equipment. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks from general maintenance to emergency repairs.

What You’ll Do:

Performing general, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property

Inspecting and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and safety equipment to ensure brand compliance and guest satisfaction

Repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems including HVAC, refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioners

Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarms, extinguishers, and other safety systems

Painting, cleaning, refurbishing furniture, and light carpentry as needed

Ensuring common areas such as parking lots, landscaping, and the pool area are clean and well-maintained

Responding promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues

Assisting with other duties or special projects as needed by hotel management

About You:

You are a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly and guests feeling safe and comfortable. You bring:

Prior experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of equipment

Strong time management, planning, and multitasking skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to guest service and working collaboratively with hotel teams

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor as needed
