Your Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth in Columbia. You will have the unique opportunity to build and grow a new territory from the ground up, with the full support of a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving patient referrals by developing strong relationships with local physicians, hospitals, and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Build Strategic Relationships: Act as the face of BAYADA in the Columbia market by building and nurturing relationships with referral sources such as physicians' offices, long-term care facilities, and assisted living communities.

+ Develop a Market Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities, create a strategic sales plan, and set ambitious goals for the territory's growth.

+ Drive Business Growth: Implement your sales strategy through targeted sales calls, presentations, and community events to generate a consistent flow of patient referrals.

+ Collaborate and Report: Work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and provide regular reports on your sales activities and results.

What We're Looking For:

+ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

+ 2 years of sales or marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare or home health.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an existing network of contacts in the Columbia healthcare community is a huge plus.
