    Job Summary:

    Medical City Decatur is seeking a board-certified Advanced Practice Provider to support the Newborn Nursery and Pediatric service line.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Preferred experience caring for newborns in a clinical setting, with demonstrated comfort in managing neonatal patients

    + Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) credentials required

    + Must hold an Active Texas license

    + 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience strongly preferred, though new graduates will be considered

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
