Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience + 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. + UAT Testing + Automation knowledge-running and creating scripts + Project management background, being able to facilitate and plan-being organized + 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst for an Agile Scrum team with the ability to perform End to End UAT Coordination + Experience creating detailed project plans, project schedules and executive level presentations + Experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies + Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria + Working experience as a Program, Project, or Change Manager on complex projects desired + Knowledge of system Application Programing Interfaces (API) concepts and usages within enterprise organizations + Ability to lead collaborative working sessions using industry tools and practices + Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles + Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; having the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences + Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions + Personal dedication and strong work ethic + Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders including mid to senior level managers + Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change + Experience with tools such as JIRA, QC/ALM and Confluence + Experience with creating automation test cases/scripts based on business requirements + Experience in facilitating virtual and in-person collaboration meetings and work sessions What You Will Be Doing + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
