A leading U.S. manufacturer of oil-filled distribution transformers is seeking a Lead Desktop Support Specialist to join its team in Dyersburg, Tennessee. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to support a critical manufacturing operation at the heart of the American energy sector.

As the lead in desktop support, you’ll be the go-to resource for end-user IT support across multiple company locations. You’ll oversee day-to-day technical operations, ensure system uptime, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements. Technologies in use include Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Intune, and Windows OS.
