    Job Description

    What You Will Do:

    + Lead and mentor the golf course maintenance team in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.

    + Ensure a best-in-class guest experience by maintaining impeccable golf course conditions and daily operations.

    + Operate and maintain all golf course equipment, overseeing fertilizer and chemical applications with precision.

    + Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching associates, while ensuring adherence to company policies.

    + Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.

    + Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all safety, security, and maintenance protocols.

    + Support other duties as needed to uphold the overall excellence of the golf program.

    What We Are Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience in golf course maintenance or turf management.

    + Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk and stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions like bending and squatting.

    + Flexible schedule — availability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

    + Commitment to safety standards and familiarity with maintenance equipment and applications.
