Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a **Professional Security Shift Supervisor** .

The  **Security Site Supervisor**  will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a security team at a specific location, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with security policies, monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, conducting investigations, and coordinating with local authorities when necessary

The ** Security Site Supervisor**  will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, Portfolio Manager and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

+ Enforce Contract Standards and notify the Portfolio Manager of any violations.

+ Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers to include construction area safety.

+ Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.

+ Oversee all Job Related and ongoing training for security officers this includes client-based computer training both initial and annual training. It will also include training on all systems utilized by the client.

+ Effectively Communicate anyclient special coverage requests, Security Professional Request Offs & Position Openings to the Operations Manager.

+ Evaluating performance and providing feedback to security officers.

+ Addressing employee concerns and disciplinary issues.

+ Communicate staffing needs to Operations Manager.

Security Operations:

+ Implementing and enforcing specific client security policies and procedures.

+ Conducting regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.

+ Monitoring security systems like CCTV cameras and access control systems.

+ Responding to security alarms and incidents promptly.

Incident Response** **:

+ Investigating security breaches and suspicious activities.

+ Documenting incidents and preparing reports to be sent to the Operations Center.

+ Preparing for emergency situations and conducting drills.

Communication and Collaboration** **:

+ Coordinate and maintainopen communication with clients, AUS management, and SecurityOfficers.

+ Main point of contact for client and Portfolio Manager on all day-to-day operations.

+ Briefing staff on security protocols, new procedures and other important information.
