Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support wind turbine operations and maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems up to 690VAC/230VDC. This role involves working with pitch systems, motors, drives, and power electronics to ensure optimal performance and reliability of renewable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on wind turbine electrical systems
+ Support and improve pitch systems, motors, drives, and power electronics
+ Apply advanced engineering techniques to solve complex problems
+ Conduct independent evaluations and adapt standard procedures to meet project needs
+ Manage engineering change orders and contribute to instrumentation and control (I&C) systems
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
+ 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy system operations and maintenance
+ Strong understanding of power systems, digital and analog circuits, ladder logic, and DCS
+ Experience with instrumentation controls and engineering change processes
+ Familiarity with wind energy systems preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
