    Requirements

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Lead quarterly portfolio valuations in line with ASC 820.

    + Build and refine valuation models, ensuring robust and defensible data.

    + Partner on fund financials, quarterly closes, audits, and LP reporting.

    + Review capital calls, distributions, and cash management across funds.

    + Support board materials and investor presentations with accurate fund data.

    + Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements and scaling initiatives.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 3+ years in public accounting (VC, PE, or asset management clients) or in-house fund accounting.

    + CPA preferred (or progress toward).

    + In-depth knowledge of ASC 946 (investment companies) and ASC 820 (fair value).

    + Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
