    Senior Wealth Advisor– Independent RIA

     

    Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 DOE + Bonus + Profit Share

     

    Jennifer Fukumae is partnering with a highly regarded independent SEC-Registered Investment Advisor in Mill Valley to identify a Senior Wealth Advisor.     About the Role

     

    The Senior Wealth Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients while also playing a leadership role within the firm. This position is designed for an experienced advisor with 8+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about mentoring junior advisors, leading client strategy, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead client relationship management and deliver advanced planning strategies.

    + Oversee and mentor junior advisors, fostering a culture of excellence.

    + Provide financial planning and investment guidance with a high level of expertise.

    + Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development.

    + Represent the firm in the community and strengthen its reputation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

    + Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) required.

    + Series 65 or equivalent strongly preferred.

    + 8+ years of wealth management or financial planning experience.

    + Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and business development skills.

    + Ability to think strategically and engage with firm leadership.
