Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As our Nurse Manager Perioperative Services at California Hospital you will be responsible for Surgical / Periop services including Main OR, Out-patient Surgery Center, Same Day Surgery, Pre-Op, PACU, and GI. We have 7 operating rooms and a robust surgical services program, supporting many specialties, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology, and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system.

You will direct the operations, work with Sr. Director Periop and Proceedural services and Director Periop on key initiatives, and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required.

+ Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.

Required Licensure:

+ Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required,

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Pay Range

$52.29 - $79.09 /hour
