Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist

Locations: Sun City, Avondale, or Goodyear, Arizona

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Overview

We’re hiring experienced phlebotomists to join our team in Sun City, Avondale, or Goodyear. This full-time, day-shift role is based in a physician’s office and plays a key part in ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. Key Responsibilities

+ Collect and receive biological specimens with precision and care

+ Accurately enter specimen data into the company’s computer system

+ Prepare and distribute samples for analytical testing

+ Perform assigned analytical tests

+ Maintain professional standards and follow the Code of Conduct

Required Qualifications

+ At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (excluding donor, plasma, or MA-only experience)

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Strong skills in blood draws, specimen collection, and lab procedures

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with specimen processing and patient care

+ Familiarity with laboratory equipment and collaboration with clinical staff

+ Candidates should not have previously worked on this specific project

Work Environment & Growth Opportunities

This position is based in a doctor's office, working closely with physicians and medical assistants. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The company offers a supportive and growth-oriented environment, with opportunities for advancement and internal promotion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
