    Job Requirements

    + At least 18 years of age

    + Minimum high school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience

    + Eligible for employment in the US

    + At least three ( **3** ) years of work experience as a Millwright

    **Must** be willing to meet the following requirements:

    + Work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery, elevated working surfaces, and confined spaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)

    + Undergo technical online testing, interview, and a formal hands-on assessment of skills

    + Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment

    + Undergo an job related health assessment as a condition of employment

    + Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment

    + Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule

    + Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification

    + Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis

    + Wear required safety equipment

    It is preferred that candidates have the following skills and/or experience(s):

    + Associates degree or certification(s) as a Millwright

    + A minimum of 3 years work experience as a Millwright

    + Relevant work experience in an industrial environment.

    The Job You Will Perform:

    This position will assist journeymen-level mechanical maintenance technicians in routine maintenance work as well as performing many duties independently. Our world class Global Manufacturing Training program provides paid hands-on experiences and classroom instruction in order to prepare you for your next promotion

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Millwright

    + Install machine and equipment according to lay-out plan, blueprints and other drawings

    + Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, dial indicators and laser alignment equipment

    + Install machinery, new and existing equipment

    + Repair and lubricate machine and equipment

    + Refurbish/maintain valves, pumps, gear boxes, bearings, agitators, conveyors, turbines, paper machines, lime kill

    + Measure for bearing clearance and shaft diameters

    + Troubleshoot equipment reliability issues

    + Fabricate structural materials as needed

    + Other duties as assigned
