    Region III is looking for a Field Services Manager for San Diego and Hawaii!

    Summary of Position:

    The Field Services Manager is responsible for handling a team of highly skilled Field Supervisors and Safety Technicians. He/she is primarily responsible for enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers. He/she conducts thorough research to understand the exact needs of the customers. He/she makes sure that the Technicians and Supervisors are supported, and is a strong leader who provides the tools for

     

    success, also work is delegated properly so that excellent customer service is rendered to the customer.

    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Work with the safety technicians and evaluate their performance in the field.

    + Supervise and communicate with Field Supervisors.

    + Work with the Communications Manager/Director of Operations to resolve conflicts in the field.

    + Work with Dispatch to address scheduling issues.

    + Provide input and feedback to corporate leadership on regional goals and progress.

    + Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly team meetings.

    + Conduct peer reviews for Field Supervisors.

    + Order and maintain regional supply needs.

    + Provide reports and communicate with the regional RFMs.

    + Assist with Fleet Management and scheduling.

    + Fill in for region RFM in their absence.

    + Participates in weekly Management meetings.

    + Monitor schedules and adjust to limit overtime.

    + Responsible for the compliance of Supervisors and Technicians with all Company Policies & Procedures in the region.

    Qualifications:

    + 1-2 years of Field Supervisor, Field Training, Business Development experience, or equivalent

    + Strong leadership skills

    + Excellent problem-solving abilities

    + A deep understanding of field service operations

    Compensation: Disclosed upon offer

     

    Compensation: $1.00 per year
