Immediate Open Position: Sr. Financial Analyst

Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Sr. Financial Analyst to join our manufacturing operations in Bluffton, Indiana. Reporting directly to leadership, this role is pivotal in driving cost reduction, enhancing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and manage the annual budgeting process across departments

+ Oversee financial operations including forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management

+ Conduct in-depth cost analysis across procurement, labor, scrap, and technical processes

+ Generate payroll and operational cost reports (regular and ad hoc)

+ Deliver actionable financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions

+ Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams on continuous improvement initiatives

+ Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain robust internal financial controls

+ Leverage ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to manage and present financial data

Must-Have Qualifications

+ 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Proven success in budget and variance analysis

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel

+ Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

+ Demonstrated ability to improve financial metrics and drive performance

Preferred Skills

+ CPA or CMA certification

+ Experience with Power BI or Tableau

+ Experience in cost accounting

Work Environment

+ Dedicated office space with regular interaction on the production floor
