    TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Fiber Technicians to support a large-scale commercial project in the Clarksville, TN Area. This role involves working in busy industrial environments alongside other trades, so candidates must be comfortable navigating complex job sites and working with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, route, and terminate fiber optic cable.

    + Perform fiber splicing and testing.

    + Lead and direct a helper during installation tasks.

    + Follow instructions from leadership and maintain productivity.

    + Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Required Qualifications

    + Experience working in large commercial or industrial environments (not tenant buildouts).

    + Proven ability to work independently.

    + Must have own basic tools; major tools will be provided.

    + Must have OSHA 10 and Lift Certification prior to site entry.

    + Must be dependable, punctual, and able to stay on task without supervision.

    + Managerial references required to validate reliability and work ethic.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
