    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Support buyer teams with daily tasks.

    + Analyze purchase requisitions.

    + Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.

    + Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations.

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.

    Education Requirements

    + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

    + Enrolled as a full-time student at time of application, actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.

    + Complete their freshman year by the time the internship starts.

    + Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

    + Minimum 12-14 week requirement (summer); 14-16 week requirement (spring and fall).

    + Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.

    + Must have reliable transportation.
