Responsibilities

+ Perform and oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures for radiation therapy and imaging equipment.

+ Collaborate with radiation oncologists and radiologists to develop treatment plans and imaging protocols.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards related to radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging.

+ Implement and maintain radiation safety procedures to protect patients, staff, and the public.

+ Troubleshoot and address technical issues related to equipment and treatment planning systems.

+ Stay current with advancements in medical physics and technology and participate in continuing education

We are offering a $25,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

+ Master’s Degree in Medical Physics required

+ Board eligible or certified by the ABR in Therapeutic Medical Physics

+ Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and best practices.

+ 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred

+ Experience with Linac-based SRS and SBRT preferred

+ Experience with Linear Accelerators, Aria, and Eclipse preferred

Pay Range

$77.46 - $115.22 /hour
