Coordinator, HRBP & Compensation
Job Description:
Perform various Human Resources (HR) and Compensation administrative support duties. Spend approximately 60% of time working on Human Resources tasks and 40% on Compensation activities. Assist with special projects and related HR administrative duties as requested. Job duties:
+ Respond to first-line HR questions.
+ Ensure that personnel files are maintained in accordance with Company procedures, including related filing of documents.
+ Responsible for following document retention/destruction procedures.
+ Maintain HR intranet.
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to support function initiatives.
+ Assist in the process of providing updates for the Associate Handbook and HR Playbook, including obtaining feedback on existing policies, integrating new and revised policies based on changes to law or environment, and driving revision process through final publication.
+ Deliver basic to moderately complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
+ Handle basic employee relations issues; may assist with more complex matters.
+ Manage transactions in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
+ Prepare exit documentation and assist with exit process.
+ Assist the Compensation Team with annual salary surveys on behalf of the company. Ensure salary survey results are obtained and uploaded to Payfactors.
+ Provide audits and quality reviews and/or active assistance on projects as requested.
+ Audit compensation data in HRIS against offer letters for all new hires and internal job changes. In the event of a discrepancy, partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) and/or HRBPs for clarification, updating the system as required.
+ Generate weekly associate reports which are used for numerous compensation analyses. Utilize these reports to audit data in the HRIS, such as currency, grade, grade profiles, bonus, etc., ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
+ Draft all promotion, salary adjustment, job change, and spot bonus letters that are processed in the HRIS. Coordinate with Managers and Associates to ensure all documents are signed, returned to HR, and stored/filed.
+ Create new job codes and maintain all updates to existing job codes in the HRIS. Partner with Compensation Analyst and TA to ensure accurate set up across all systems.
+ Identify new hires and Associates with job changes or JD updates and route respective JDs to Associates and Managers for review/signature.
+ In partnership with Compensation Analyst, manage and maintain the job description repository in Payfactors (e.g., Market Pricing and Job Description Module).
+ Support HR Compliance by providing reports needed for the AAP plan.
+ Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
+ Perform additional duties and special projects as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Detail oriented.
4. Demonstrated organizational skills.
5. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Accurate data entry skills.
7. High level of integrity to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
8. Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook; working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree with concentration in HR preferred.
2. Experience in HR and/or Compensation.
3. Experience using Workday.
4. Exposure to HR principles and practices, and applicable labor laws and regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Thorough knowledge and understanding of company’s HR policies and procedures.
