Sales Analyst Co-op

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

+ Pull and analyze syndicated and customer POS data;

+ Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources;

+ Provide assistance to the team to enhance and improve business results;

+ Communicate results, ideas and/or suggestions both in written and verbal format;

+ During the course of the Co-Op, the individual will interact with BCH colleagues in a variety of job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales, Director Sales Strategy and/or Operations team members, Customer Team Members/Field Sales, Director of Marketing and marketing team members.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

+ Pursuing at least a bachelors degree in business or marketing;

+ Must be available from January 2026 - June 2026;

+ Eligible to work in the US now and in the future;

+ Able to demonstrate work experience & or capability in the following areas: Leadership, Analytics, Collaboration, Communication, Project management, Self-direction and initiative;

+ You must be willing to commit to the entire 6 months of the Co-Op, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday;

+ Be proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);

+ Able to provide own transportation between to and from work office location.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Cumulative GPA 3.3 or higher

+ Junior pursuing completion of their undergraduate degree;

+ Sales or marketing degree or 4th Year student of a Food/Marketing Program.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $20 to $56.80. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
