There are 5 different homes where staff have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of Elders through engaging in daily care, eating with elders, walking in the beautiful garden, and participating in activities in and outside our homes.

AAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON)**who excels in this role:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

• Works independently with proven organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment

• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, both internal and external

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

***What we’re looking for*

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

* Previous leadership experience preferred

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (available upon hire)

* Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
