    We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring materials are efficiently moved, stored, and prepared for use. The Material Handler must be capable of organizing and prioritizing materials in coordination with department managers, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, as well as loading and unloading as needed. This role also includes routine equipment inspections and general warehouse support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

    + Load, unload, and transport materials as needed to support production and ensure smooth workflow

    + Bundle and tag completed trim and angle materials; store them neatly in designated areas

    + Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards both inside and outside the facility with materials easily accessible

    + Ensure materials that cannot be stored in wet conditions are properly protected or relocated

    + Organize and stage materials for production or shipment

    + Follow and implement instructions from supervisors

    + Perform daily forklift inspections and submit weekly inspection reports

    + Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives and investigations. Comply with all safety procedures.

    + Participate in clean-up responsibilities and maintains daily good housekeeping practices according to 5S procedures.

    + Perform other duties and tasks as required.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

    + Previous experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role

    + Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

    + Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

    + Previous experience operating a variety of powered industrial vehicles, (forklifts, etc.)

    + Proven ability to accept and apply feedback and directives from supervisors and other team members.

    + Workers are required to be on time for every shift.
