Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Open availability required (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Role Overview:

Join a mission-driven team that’s been a trusted leader in personal safety solutions for over 70 years. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of care and reassurance for customers—many of whom are seniors or their loved ones—seeking dependable support for life-saving services. You’ll handle a variety of inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and safe.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Engagement/System & Workflow Management

+ Answer and initiate phone calls with professionalism and compassion

+ Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through device installations

+ Resolve billing questions and update account information

+ Handle cancellations and return procedures with a retention-focused approach

+ Provide empathetic, solutions-oriented support across multiple phone lines

+ Deliver exceptional service that retains and saves customers

+ Log activity in Oodoo and maintain vendor systems (e.g., UPS, merchant accounts)

+ Accurately place and process orders

+ Educate new hires on workflows and processes

• Skills & Qualifications:

+ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (phone support preferred)

+ Strong multitasking skills—comfortable using computers while speaking with customers

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
