Currently, Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is recruiting for a Director of Outpatient Services.

The Director of Outpatient Services will oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Clinic.

Duties would include:

Intake and Admission, Pre-certifications, complete daily charge tickets, updating daily census, handle Inquiry calls.

Serve as a backup therapist, conduct treatment team meetings, conduct chart audits, serve as a liaison, market, complete analysis of performance indicators, and other duties assigned.

Monitors and documents patient's progress in achieving treatment goals and objectives in group notes, as well as through individual and family sessions.

Orient new patients to program policies and procedures, Input patient information/admit patient into AIS, Complete face sheet and labels including pictures

Consult with doctors, case managers and nursing staff as needed to provide quality patient care. Census Spreadsheet: Add daily census, admission/discharges, numbers to update spreadsheet including precertification information.

Field all inquiry calls regarding programs, Complete call sheets for all calls taken, Serve as liaison for doctor’s, business office, UR, Intake, Inpatient Units, and Visitors.

Requirements

Education: Masters Degree in Social Work, or Counseling preferred.

Licenses Required: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC Intern or LPC Associate
